Saint Valentine's Day, commonly shortened to Valentine's Day is a holiday observed on February 14 honoring one or more early Christian martyrs named Saint Valentine. It was first established by Pope Gelasius I in 496 AD, and was later deleted from the General Roman Calendar of saints in 1969 by Pope Paul VI.

The day first became associated with romantic love in the circle of Geoffrey Chaucer in the High Middle Ages, when the tradition of courtly love flourished. By the 15th century, it had evolved into an occasion in which lovers expressed their love for each other by presenting flowers, offering confectionery, and sending greeting cards (known as "valentines").
Modern Valentine's Day symbols include the heart-shaped outline, doves, and the figure of the winged Cupid. Since the 19th century, handwritten valentines have given way to mass-produced greeting cards.

Don Cornelius, the producer and television host who created the dance show "Soul Train," was found shot dead in his Los Angeles home early Wednesday morning
the Los Angeles Police Department and the county coroner's office said that It appears to be suicide case.
He was about 75 years old.
A person called the police.On Mulholland Drive in the Sherman Oaks neighborhood reported shots had been fired before 4 a.m. and , Chris No, said. When officers arrived, they were let into the house finding Mr. Cornelius lying on the floor with a gunshot wound to the head that was self-inflicted,it was reported by Ed Winter the Los Angeles County assistant chief coroner,

MR Cornelius was pronounced dead at 4:56 a.m.when he was taken to Cedar-Sinai Medical Center,, Mr. Winter said. "It was reported as a suicide, a self-inflicted wound," he said. "I have investigators at the hospital."

The sensation of Siri in the iPhone 4S has created a lot of buzz for which most of the earlier users of iPhone are looking for a solution of how to install Siri on iPhone 4.

Now to begin with the process of how to install Siri on iPhone 4 or how to install Siri on iPhone 3GS, one needs to follow certain steps with high end precision:

The foremost step is to ensure that the current device is running on the iOS 5 which will enable the iOS to install the provisions of Siri on the existing device. One can get it done through by way of upgrading the iOS on the current device.
The next step is to ensure that the currently installed iOS 5 is jail broken for the purpose of implementing the Siri voice assistance program with the help of redsn0w.
After jail breaking the iOS 5, connect the device to the computer by using iPhone explorer or the i-Funbox in order to copy AssistantServices.framework folder files, which can be obtained from the above downloads. These downloads shall be stored in the device zone: Root>System>Library>PrivateFrameworks
Access the Springboard folder and then duplicate all the data and store the same on the device zone: Root>System>Library>CoreServices>Springboard.app
Now it is time to access Cydia where from the iFile location one needs to visit: System>Library>CoreServices>Springboard.app
The .plist file needs to be accessed from here which will be different for different devices. For an instance, in case of iPhone 4, it will be in form of N90, N91, etc, and in case of iPod touch it will be named as N81Ap, etc.
A new property list need to be added in the same .plist file and should be named assistant. Make sure that the class is set to Boolean and the value is stated as a Yes.
At the end of it ensure that 'assistant' has been added to the .plist file
Once all of these steps have been executed properly one ca have the Siri application on the iPhone 4 or iPhone 3GS, but again is shall be remembered that these are only for demonstration, the application will not work and if precision is not maintained, it can also permanently damage the iPhone.

So,Today i am going to share the Un-rooting process of Android Device Samsung Galaxy Nexus.Let's follow the

Instructions:

1. Download the Android 4.0.2 factory images to your PC. [Download]
2. Unzip the file and its contents into your SDK/Tools folder (wherever your adb.exe and fastboot.exe files are).

*Make sure they are not in their own folder, but have all been extracted to Tools.

3. From within your Tools folder, open a command prompt (SHIFT + right click – "open command prompt here"):
4. Type the following commands, allowing each to finish before moving onto the next:

adb reboot bootloader
fastboot flash bootloader bootloader-toro-primekk15.img
fastboot reboot-bootloader
fastboot flash radio radio-toro-i515.ek02.img
fastboot reboot-bootloader

A few days ago at 18 December, USA Lawmaker's proposed a bill on anti piracy know as SOPA & PIPA. But soon after then millions of peoples protested this bill. Some important internet sites blackout to protest the bill. Millions of people around the world protests SOPA on Facebook, Twitter, My space etc. Wikipedia and Reddit was darkened for 24 hours to protest SOPA. Specially I loved what Wikipedia have written at their home page "Imagine A World Without Free Knowledge". Google encourage people to protest against the bill & collected millions of signatures opposed to the measures and several co-sponsors of the mesures withdrew their support of the online piracy legislation.

These steps forced the lawmakers to rethink about the bill. They will postpone further action on SOPA. I think after that congress man won't be with the anti piracy bill SOPA & PIPA.

What do you think guys, Will the congress man now support SOPA??????????????

For the last decade Piracy is been a big issue in the world.And now its on fire for the last few days for the WIKIPEDIA BLACKOUT.....
We always thought about the music piracy or software privacy,But the Stop Online Piracy Act, known as SOPA has bring something different.Thats why Wikipedia is out...Wikipedia published on their site before their offline mode."IMAGINE A WORLD WITHOUT FREE KNOWLEDGE".
You can define software piracy.And we should be doing something preventing software piracy.
In the case of music,we all know the music piracy laws.
There should be anti piracy act.
We always raise our voice against the MUSIC PIRACY or SOFTWARE PIRACY.But in which way the general people should raise their voice about the Wikipedia issue.

The most informative website of the world WIKIPEDIA is not active for 24 hours!!!!.Can you believe it???.This is been calling WIKIPEDIA BLACKOUT.
The user-created encyclopedia is one of a number of Web sites that temporarily closed at midnight on Tuesday to publicize the belief that provisions in two Congressional bills, the Stop Online Piracy Act, referred to as SOPA, as well as the Protect IP Act, or PIPA — which may require search engines to block access to sites that employ copyrighted material via links or hosting — is tantamount to censorship, among other concerns.
To protest the SOPA (Stop Online Piracy Act) that is gaining momentum with the U.S. lawmakers. Other Internet service giants such as Google, Facebook and Twitter have already opposed the proposed law, calling it well-intentioned but draconian in respect of the powers it gives the law enforcers.

The co-founder of one of the most popular sites of the world Yahoo,Mr Jerry has resigned from his own Company few hours earlier
Jerry Yang, who helped start Yahoo in 1995 and sometimes clashed with shareholders, said in a letter to the company's board that he was leaving "to pursue other interests outside of Yahoo."

MR Jerry Yang served yahoo as CEO in 2008.In that year Yahoo rejected a bid from Microsoft worth of $44 Billion.
Now the CEO of the Yahoo is Scott thompson.

How to Root your Android Device

We have been covering rooting procedures for several Android devices in the past and in this post, we aim to bring them all together. In the beginning, you might see just a few devices listed here but over time, we will be updating this guide with rooting procedures for all the devices we have already covered as well as those we will be covering in the future.

Android is based on Linux and comes locked with only standard user access given to its user. Root access – also known as Superuser access – is the access level on Linux-based devices that lets their users perform administrative tasks including updating the system, installing applications at the core level without using the standard ‘.apk’ installation files, accessing the system partition, modifying protected system files and changing their permissions etc.

The procedure for rooting an Android device varies from device to device. Fortunately, we have already covered rooting procedures for most Android phones. Just go to the procedure that applies to your phone and follow it. We shall be adding more devices here as they get released and their rooting methods become available.

Disclaimer: Rooting your device will void its warranty. In addition, performing the rooting procedure incorrectly may have unexpected consequences. Please follow this guide at your own risk. AddictiveTips will not be liable if your device gets damaged or bricked during the process.

Famous Photos : Part 1 (Afghan Girl & Mona lisa)

Recently I fell interest in famous pictures. Than I search for few famous photos and than like some photos very much. Now I want to introduce you with some famous photos that I like much.

Afghan Girl

It's a photo of a simple Afghan women. National Geographic photographer Steve McCurry shoted this photo in 1984. This photo is special because of it's different outlook and may be she looks like the symble of an Afghan Women.

Mona Lisa

You must be heard the name Mona Lisa. It's a very famous art. Mona Lisa is a portrait by the Italian artist Leonardo da vinci. It's a painting in oil on a poplar panel. This photo is now displayed at the Museum of Louvre in Paris.

I wanna draw attention of the administrator of this forum. Every time when I try to upload an image it says error/invalid file. I can't upload images for many days. On other forums I can upload any image. So I think there is no problem with the image or its size. I hope you will fix the problem ASAP. I'm looking forward for your help.

The nominees of the 2011 Golden Globe awards is announced.
George Clooney was the big winner at Sunday night's Golden Globes. He won best actor, motion picture drama, for his role as a man dealing with his wife's coma in "The Descendants," which was also named best drama of the year. "The Artist," the throwback black and white silent film, nabbed the best musical or comedy award.
Of course, the Globes are tantamount to a T-Ball tournament where everyone wins a trophy. There is such a barrage of categories, that most movies and TV shows seem to walk away with something.

The miss America of 2012 has been declared
A 23-year-old attractive queen from Kenosha, Wis., won the Pass up The united declares competitiveness Wednesday in Las vegas.after performing opera and prancing in a white bikinis and dark-colored handmade night time outfit.

Laura Kaeppeler also had to answer a question about whether beauty queens should declare their politics.

"Miss America represents everyone, so I think the message to political candidates is that they represent everyone as well," she said. "And so in these economic times, we need to be looking forward to what America needs, and I think Miss America needs to represent all."
She is the MIss america Pageant for this year.Miss America pafeant 2011 was present in the ceremony to congratulate her.

She was the Miss America 2012 winner among the contestants.She defeated the Miss America contestants from california,Ohio and other states of America.
the 2012 miss America pageant wants to involve herself in politics.

People's Choice Award 2012

Hey guys many of you are waiting for the result of People's choice award 2012. A few hours ago the award ceremony happened. I think you guys already voted for your favorite character or person or the movie. I think you can guess who or which movie will get many awards. This year Katy Perry & "Harry Porter & the Deathly Hallows Part II" were the big winners of Peoples choice award 2012. This award ceremony was awesome & beautifully organised.

Katy Perry was absent in that award ceremony. She got awards in 5 categories including favorite female award. The last part of Harry porter got awards in 4 categories include action movie, favorite movie, Ensemble movie cast & Book adaption. Most probably almost 40 million people voted for the peoples choice award 2012 to choose the best things.Emma Stone and Johnny Depp took home two trophies a peice, for favorite movie actress and actor respectively, favorite animated voice for "Rango," and comedic move actress. This is the summary of the People's award ceremony 2012.
